Terms of Sales of THTC LTD

The present general conditions are concluded between THTC Ltd Manager: Febronie Desage-Bonnet - Suite 510 Hyde Park Hayes 3 - 11 Millington Road - Hayes UB3 4AZ - UK - Company registration number: 7382910 TVA FR64825033582, www.febronie.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Site", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

The site sells Foutas, beach towels, cushion covers and related products.

The products are for the personal use of the customer and have no direct connection to his professional activities. Each Customer who wishes to make a purchase on the site declares that he/she has full legal capacity


Although the photos on the site are as close to the actual product as possible, they are not contractual in any way. 

Any differences between a product and its photograph are not the responsibility of THTC Ltd.

Prices and orders

Any order of product implies the buyer's full and complete adoption of the present general sale conditions.

Orders can be placed from the E-Shop section

Orders placed on the Site will only be honored within the limits of product stock available. If the product is not available, THTC Ltd is responsible for informing the Customer and, if necessary, repaying him/her within thirty days of acceptance of the order.

The prices are indicated in Euros including all taxes. They may be modified at any time. They consider the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Prices of products may change if the applicable rate changes. The property of the products delivered to you will be acquired only after full payment of their price.

According to article L. 122-1 of the Consumer Code, THTC Ltd reserves the right to refuse the order if it is abnormal, placed in bad faith, or if there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order with the Customer.

Terms of payment and invoicing

Payments can be made using a credit card, PayPal account, or Stripe. Our company does not have access to any of the data.

Customer is responsible for any additional bank charges.

After the order is placed and/or once the order is registered and the price is paid, an invoice containing the provisions of articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the French Consumer Code is sent to the Customer.

If the order is registered before 12:00 noon or the next working day, it will be prepared the same day (working days).


•       All orders are subject to transport costs in metropolitan France (including Corsica).

•       Afterward, orders are sent by the usual postal services, the "Colissimo suivi" service, under which the Post Office promises 48-hour delivery.

•       The THTC Ltd is therefore liable for excessive delivery times as well as loss of orders or strikes of the postal service.

•       As soon as the Customer validates the order, the order will be executed at the latest within thirty (30) days. The order will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer once it has been registered.

•       The order is sent upon receipt of payment.

•       The Customer must check the conformity of the products ordered upon receipt. If there is any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product, damaged parcel, etc) the Customer must report it on the Post Office's receipt and notify THTC Ltd's customer service by email to hello@febronie.com from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. THTC Ltd is released from any responsibility for any claims made after 48 hours.

•       If you fail to deliver due to a lack of information at the time of ordering, you are solely responsible for the failure to deliver. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. As soon as you or a third party pick up the product from the address indicated by you, it is considered delivered to your address. Delivery to a relay point has the same effect as delivery to you in the event of absence.

Late delivery

This is only an indication of the delivery time. The sales contract may be terminated if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, and the Customer will be reimbursed for the sums already paid without any compensation or damages. (cf. article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code).

To report a delivery delay, the Customer must contact THTC Ltd's customer service department via email to hello@febronie.com or by telephone at +447342884263 from 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday through Friday. THTC Ltd will then contact the postal services to investigate. It may take a long time for a postal investigation to be completed.

THTC Ltd will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed delivery of a product.

Personnal informations

Distance selling requires the collection of personal information since it is necessary for processing and delivering orders as well as preparing invoices. The information provided here is strictly confidential. The order will be automatically rejected if this information is not provided.

As per the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 pertaining to data processing, files, and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on this site has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés. The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete his personal information. To exercise this right, the Customer should send a letter to the Customer Service department at: THTC Ltd. Product return

If the customer wishes to return an item for the following reasons:

·      The item is no longer desired

·      The style/color/size ordered is not suitable

·      Different from the description on the website

He/she must go to his/her customer area and click on the button "I wish to return my product" and then fill in the "reason for return" form.

As soon as the customer has validated the form, he or she must print it and place it inside the package, as well as attach the label generated later with the shipping information.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and carton in perfect condition. Dirty, folded, damaged, stained or washed products will not be accepted by FEBRONIE.

The transport costs of product returns are to be borne by the Customer (item no longer desired, late delivery, style/colour/size ordered is not suitable, different from the description on the website).

 In the exceptional case where the return is justified by a product defect then the customer must send an email to the following email address hello@febronie.com and explain the defect encountered. In this case, the return costs will be charged to THTC.

When sending the products back to our warehouse we advise you to keep the tracking number because in case of loss of the package by the postal services we will not be responsible.

Checking the Order on arrival

You are required to check the condition of the packaging and the items on delivery. It is your responsibility to make any reservations and claims that you consider necessary, or even to refuse the parcel, if the parcel is obviously damaged on delivery.

Such reservations and claims must be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three working days, not including public holidays, following the date of delivery of the Goods.

The Customer must also send a copy of this letter to THTC Ltd. Failure to file a claim within the aforementioned time shall extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.

You must ensure that the goods delivered correspond to the order. In case of non-conformity of the goods in kind or in quality to the specifications mentioned in the delivery note, the Customer must inform THTC Ltd by e-mail hello@febronie.com and send the goods back to the address:

Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal which you may exercise within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of the Order, without reason or financial penalty. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

You have a period of 14 days following the communication of the decision to withdraw to send us the product(s) concerned.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the fourteen days following receipt of the product, only the price of the product(s) purchased, and the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be remarketed in new condition and accompanied by the order reference number. In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling, you may be held liable.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by e-mail, provided you indicate the product order number (hello@febronie.com). You must return the products at the latest within fourteen days following the declaration of withdrawal

The price of returns, which is payable by the Customer, can be consulted on the Chronopost website (www.chronopost.fr).

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, THTC Ltd will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid (including the delivery costs but excluding the costs of returns) at the latest within 14 days from the date on which THTC Ltd is informed of your decision to withdraw and using the same means of payment as the one used for the order. This refund date will be deferred until the product is recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product, whichever is earlier. THTC Ltd is not obliged to refund any additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the shop www.febronie.com

Risks and guarantees

The products sold comply with current French legislation and with the standards applicable on French and European Union territory. All the items presented benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (article L 211-4 and following of the commercial code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code).

Non-conforming product(s): any non-conforming product, to be exchanged or refunded, must be returned to THTC Ltd in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note, to the following address

It is specified that the shipping costs are at the charge of THTC Ltd in case the decision to return is the consequence of an error emanating from THTC Ltd.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract between THTC Ltd and the Customer is concluded once payment has been received and the items have been delivered to the Customer's address.
